The storage space is great given that it feels quite compact on the body. Really happy with three zipped pockets (main - fairly spacious, front - large enough to fit a point-and-shoot, back - thin, RFID blocking).

I like the two little pockets in the main compartment to stop small items rolling around in the bottom. Could do with more of these, perhaps a zipped pocket on the front side of the main compartment?

Since I wear this as a shoulder bag exclusively, I wish it had a thicker strap.

I love that it’s made with recycled materials, and it’s the perfect size. It’s well made and I’m grateful for substantial zippers. Others mention a desire for more inner pockets, but I might suggest something on the inside to clip onto a key ring or change purse. I don’t foresee using it as a shoulder bag, so the straps are a bit too long for me (small frame).
